Congratulations to Friendship Toastmasters' own DTM Charleston Carter for presenting at the county commissioners' swearing in ceremony in Georgia officiated by former State Representative Stacey Abrams!
Former Toastmasters club President, and CEO of Communities in Schools, Men Tchaas Ari spoke to local leaders and WSOC TV in Charlotte about the impact a recent donation to the mentorship organization will make in the lives of young people. He was also featured in a previous story explaining how the nonprofit provides support for vulnerable students during the pandemic.
Toastmasters Joey and Shalonna Anderson recently appeared in a national television commercial for Age of Learning, also known as ABCmouse. The commercial airs on major channels and networks such as ABC, NBC, Disney Channel, PBS, Nickelodeon, and more.
Both Toastmasters utilized their impromptu speaking skills obtained from Friendship Toastmasters.
